individual mediation; critical incident stress
debriefing (CISD) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Greg also has specialized training in dealing with addiction issues/concerns.

Mary has 30 years of experience in counselling. Her areas of expertise include; stress and depression management, relationship and marital conflicts, dealing with change and life transitions, developing self confidence and assertiveness, working through grief and loss, addiction and co-dependency recovery.
Mary works with individuals, couples and families. She believes in the potential in each person and works with clients to remove old patterns and develop new skills to meet their vision of possibilities. |

families, and agencies in the education system.
He has extensive experience working in
the areas of parent/child conflict, childhood
disorders, inter-personal relationships, grief/
loss issues, anxiety, depression and trauma. Chuck is passionate
about empowering clients to find strength and balance in
resolving issues in their lives. |

Marcia has over 30 years experience
working in the social services sector. Her
interests and expertise include: dealing with
martial and relationship issues; depression,
anxiety and self-esteem; anger management;
grief and loss and family issues. Marcy also
has extensive experience working with adults, couples and
families in the areas of drug and alcohol misuse, abuse and
trauma. Marcy is passionate about assisting clients in the areas
of personal growth and life enhancing change |

Michelle Nelson, R.N., B.Sc.N., M.Ed. Registered Clinical Counsellor

Michelle brings a diversity from her nursing background along with a dynamic
counselling approach. She provides service to individuals, couples, children and
adolescents. She has successfully worked with clients wishing to resolve issues
such as: anxiety, stress, self-esteem, addictions, relationships, life transitions and
generalized adolescent stressors. Her specialty is in the area of womens’ issues
and working with children through the use of play therapy techniques.
